What the Green Coach can do for you!
|
|
The actions that people can take for the environment fall into one of three categories:
1. the ones that save you money 2. those that cost you money 3. the ones that are revenue neutral
Will's focus is firmly on the first category. By giving you a survey during the first (free!) session, Will is able to take your data (or your family's) and calculate the areas in which you can save. Then, with Will's help, you determine the actions you are willing and able to do, so that you can save that money.

Coaching vs Consulting: Green coaching differs from environmental consulting in many ways. An environmental consultant will tell you what you "should" do and leaves it up to you to do it. Once environmental consultants give you the "answers" they feel their job is finished. The Green Coach, Will MacCallum, works with you to develop a plan that is realistic and effective for you. Support in being able to make the changes is just a phone call away. Will continues to work with his clients until they are satisfied that they have achieved what they wanted to. And because clients pay by the session, individuals and families can generally afford to hire The Green Coach. Not so for environmental consultants.

Many of the actions don't require any money at all, and most don't even require any changes in habits. Other actions may require a small investment now to leverage large savings in the future. You will be able to choose wisely, knowing how much you'll save.
During subsequent coaching sessions, which typically last about 45 minutes, you set the agenda which Will may help to clarify. Then Will guides you through the agenda, helping to break down perceived obstacles to going green. Meaningful choices are made that help the environment and your wallet.
So the Green Coach gives you the push and support you need to be able to make the changes you want to make to help the environment. And you save money too. Contact Will to get started.
